During my recent business trip to Ortisei, I had the pleasure of staying at Residence Villa Stella, a hotel chosen by my director. One of the highlights of this establishment is the Mar Dolomit outdoor and indoor swimming pool. I thoroughly enjoyed unlimited water-based fun in a stunning setting, surrounded by the majestic Dolomite mountains. the perfectly equipped holiday apartments provided a comfortable and relaxing stay, ensuring I felt right at home.

They never cleaned the bathroom during the 6 nights we were there.

Mind-blowing stay! Super friendly reception staff made us feel right at home in our sparkling clean apartment. The lift was a lifesaver after a day of skiing, and the free transportation card was a game-changer. Highly recommended!

Very nice rooms with stove, sink, fridge and washing machine [not in apartment unfortunately]. The rooms are very nice and clean. We stayed at the end of the fall season before skiing season approaches and it was empty so it was nice for us to have the place to ourselves. If you like to cook and have a nice evening at "home" after hiking in the most beautiful mountains ever, this is a great place to do so.

We loved the spacious apartment with comfortable beds, a kitchen with ample supplies, and two bathrooms. The hotel's ski room ensured a hassle-free ski experience, and the nearby restaurant was delicious. The location was perfect with close proximity to the town center and the Mont Susi gondola. We enjoyed the beautiful views and waking up to the smell of freshly baked bread every morning. The staff was helpful and attentive, and the free coffee and Wi-Fi were appreciated.

Our new year experience was lovely with two complementary tickets for public transport and a gift bag for each guest. The hotel was in a prime location, close to restaurants and shops, with easy access to funicular. We enjoyed the herb garden available for guests and the fresh breadrolls delivered every morning. The coffee was always available, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We would have appreciated if basic necessities, such as salt, pepper, and olive oil, were provided in the kitchen. parking was not included in the already high price.
